Before you settle in

Choose Cloudlet if you are happy using a yourname.bureikou.cloud address. Choose Cloud Haven if you want to connect a custom domain of your own.

You will receive the information needed to access your hosting space. Website files can be uploaded using a FTP program. Your main index.php or index.html file should be placed in your website’s public directory.

Cloudlet includes a Bureikou.Cloud subdomain. Cloud Haven allows you to connect a domain you already own. Domain registration and renewal are separate from the hosting subscription. Cloud Haven subscribers will be notified of which nameservers to use.

SSL security is included with both plans. Both plans include daily backups. You should still keep your own copy before making major changes to your website.

Send a support request with your website address, a description of the problem, and any error message you see. This information will make it easier to identify the issue.
